Q. How will the caregiver be instructed as to the duties and any tasks included in my care?
A. An AssistaLife care-manager will start up new service by introducing the caregiver to client and reviewing the care plan.
Q. Will a responsible person from AssistaLife visit at regular intervals to assure that the care is meeting my needs?
A. An AssistaLife care-manager is available at all times and will regularly visit to assure the client’s needs are met.
Q. What if I am displeased with the care provided?
A. AssistaLife is sensitive to matching a client with the best caregiver, and a care-manager is available at any time to address a client’s concerns.
